2 Sketches 4 You

When I saw this Sketch of Kazan i thought good I can do a card for a boy. The image is from PC Crafter Hug Bug called Great to be a Kid. the kid back ground paper is Basic Grey Mellow Settle Down paper. The star is a pattern from Cutting Cafe' that I printed and cut out of a dark brown paper. The green polka dot paper is from the designer series paper Bella Rose, Stampin' Up. The four corners I put an extra large eyelet to go along with the building them.

CupCake Challenge 37

The Cupcake Craft Challenge your creation must include 5 DIFFERENT embellishments (not including your card, papers or images!). You can use more than one flower or brad for example, but it will only count once!!! So here is mine I have Chip board, heart button, Die cut flowers, silk flower, and yellow brads in the center of the die cut flowers. The chip board was colored with Copic Markers an the stamp is from Stampin' Up. This was an easy card to make except for trying to get all 5 different accessories.

Card Positioning System Challenge #113

This card Is for my Niece her birthday is in July and she loves purple. The ballerina is a stamp from Close to your Heart. Paper again is paper I have had a while and the organza ribbon is what I had left from my wedding back in 2003.

Sketch and Stash Challenge #9

Here is the card for Sketch and Stash challenge. The stash is the stamp I have never used. It is from Stampin' Up about 7 years ago. I stamped it and enlarge it a bit on the scanner and copied the stamp on water color paper. I used the Copic and Marvy markers. The paper is from the stash of paper I have laying around. i tend to see paper I like, buy it then never figure out what I want to use it for. This is one of those time I finally am using the floral paper I had for some time. Simple yet elegant.

MoJo Monday week 84 Challenge

Wow! Mojo Monday has a great sketch this week check it out! The image is from a set called Fairies from Stampin' Up witch is retired now. The Pattern paper is the designer series from Stampin' Up. I used Copic and Marvy markers on the image.

Sketch Saturday

Sketch Saturday Card with another old Stampin' Up Stamp. I had a good time deciding what to do with this sketch. This time I decided to use only one paper that had a design on it and let the image be the focal point. The image was stamped, then punched out with scallop circle punch. The purple and turquoise blue paper I used the Scallop straight punch and again I am loving using the Copic markers.

Basic Grey Challenge 32

This week's Basic Grey Challenge has a fabulous sketch for you to follow, there fabulous design team member Chris has designed this sketch for us to play with :), we have to use at least one item from Basic Grey somewhere on your creation.
I almost forgot to use a Basic Grey product on my card. I usually use paper but this time I got carried away with the sketch design and forgot to use my paper. So the Basic Grey is the Chip board piece is the leaf at the lower right hand corner. The image is an old Stampin' Up stamp I dragged out, and a mixture of paper. The image is colored with Copic and Marvy markers.

Papertake Weekly

This weeks Papertake weekly challenge is to follow Dawny's sketch #13. I thought these two were adorable and would be the perfect image for the challenge. The Image is Butterfly friends by PC Crafter Hug Bug. The floral paper is Ella Die Cut Flowers by Making Memories, Pumpkin and a texture blue. The chip board scroll I put Sugar Coating Glitter by Doodlebug Design. The sentiment is Spring Song from Stampin' Up.

Inspirational Card Sketches Challenge

Here is the Sketch for Inspiratioal Card Sketch CHallenge #13. What a great sketch I had a lot of fun deciding what papers to use.

And here is my take on the sketch! I wanted to use papers and accessories to jazz up the card without stamping an image other than the sentiment. The
circle background paper is Bella Rose Designer Series, the Red is Pattern Design Series from Stampin' Up and the brown floral is from K&Company. The sentiment is also from Stampin' Up called Spring Song. I colored three chip board flowers with Copic markers, added silk flower and large eyelets to the center. i am having the greatest time with this challenge and any others I come across.

Three easy payment option continues through April 30

We're excited that hundreds of recruits signed up using the Three Easy Payments option for the Starter Kit while this offer was available during March--but it's not over. Potential recruits can still take advantage of the Three Easy Payments option for the regular Starter Kit price of $199 through April 30, 2009.

In slower economical times, people often look for more affordable ways to spend time with each other and relieve stress. The Stampin' Up! opportunity can provide what they need, plus an enjoyable and flexible way to earn money. The Three Easy Payments option helps out even more by allowing potential recruits to spread out the up-front cost of starting their Stampin' Up! business across three affordable payments. If they earn enough during their first two months as a demonstrator, their Starter Kit cost can even pay for itself!

If you are interested go to http://busybeestamp.stampinup.net/ click on join Stampin' Up and it tells you how to join my phone number is also on my website if you have any questions.
